terms of service

by accepting your commission, i agree to:

  • work to my best abillity to complete your order

  • deliver the order in 4 days - 2 weeks ( read notes under each style to see exact numbers) — any delays will be communicated

  • i accept rush orders with additional fees

  • provide updates at checkpoints (ex. finished sketching, updated sketch after being requested a change, etc)

  • i allow MAJOR alterations only during the sketch & clean up phase. you will be notified when i am done and that will be your last change to request a free edit. afterwards, i may decline or charge you extra to complete the request.

i will send all completed artwork via email or a drive link to ensure no quality is lost due to compression. you will receive two versions - one with a watermark and one without. i expect to be credited somewhere when using non-watermarked version or my signature gets cropped out

by commissioning me, you are PROHIBITED from:

  • editing my artwork in any way including AI enhancement, upscaling, etc

  • feeding my artwork into any AI software / models

  • using my artwork as an NFT or any other crypto scam

  • using the non-watermarked version of the commissioned art without leaving credit somewhere

  • claiming my artwork as your own

my rights as the artist:

  • i own all rights to all work i produce

  • i am allowed to post WIPs or the finished product of your commission on my social media unless requested otherwise

  • i am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio

  • fanart commissions may be used by me to produce physical merchandise for my shop as i see fit unless requested otherwise

  • i have every right to decline a commission if i feel my skill level may not meet your expectations or any other reason

  • i will cancel the commission and partially refund you for any aggressive, rude or innapropriate behaviour against me during the commission

i WILL draw:

  • original characters

  • fanart for anime, games, vtubers, etc

  • ship art (canon characters, selfships, etc)

  • i am uncomfortable drawing ship art of real people unless they have stated it is okay with them. idols or vtuber / CC personas / lore / characters / etc OK

  • furries

  • simpler mecha (such as Punishing Gray Raven's or Overwatch's designs)

  • suggestive or slight NSFW

  • sexual NSFW. not gore. if i deem your request too NSFW it will be rejected — portrayals of intimacy while not showing anything / cropped is OK. i do not consider visible / naked breasts sexual unless it is to be drawn that way

  • artistic nudity

  • shitposts and memes OK too! nothing everything has to be serious : )

i will NOT draw:

  • full NSFW

  • excessive sexualisation even if it still falls into SFW territory

  • fetish art

  • complicated mecha or fully robotic characters (this excludes Overwatch's omnics + robots as i'm familiar with the designs)

  • gore or body horror

  • i will not draw excessive gore but blood and wounds / scars / maybe guts if it's not the focus is OK. please ask beforehand because if you want a full illustration with excessive wounding i will probably say no

method of payment:

  • prices are always listed in Euro (€), please convert to your currency if needed

  • i accept payment through PayPal, Ko-fi

  • occasionally also RP (league of legends) or steam giftcards / games (ask)

  • i prefer upfront payment but 50 / 50 also OK

commercial rights:

  • i currently only offer commercial rights for my chibis / charm designs. if you're interested in something else please discuss with me

  • pricing is +100% at minimum

refund policy:

  • NO REFUNDS for in-game currencies, gift cards or games

  • NO REFUNDS if i have completed more than 50% of the work

  • NO REFUNDS if you are unhappy with the final result and failed to tell me what edits i should have made beforehand

  • PARTIAL REFUND if you wish to stop working with me before 50% of the work has been complete

  • FULL REFUND if i cannot complete the commission

  • FULL REFUND if you wish to cancel before i started any work

please note that PayPal takes a cut for currency conversion and use of the service, i cannot afford to eat these costs so when requesting a full refund you will receive slightly less then the original amount paid to me.
